Step 2Can I get a car insurance quote with ChoiceQuote without my registration number? Yes, you can. We know it’s not always possible to have the registration number of the car you want to get a quote for. You might be thinking of changing cars or buying a new one and want to check how much your insurance will be. You can simply select your vehicle make and model from our comprehensive list and we’ll give you a quote based on that. You will need your registration number if you want to take the policy out.

Step 3Will I have to provide proof of my no claims bonus? You won’t when you get your quote but you will should you decide to take your car insurance out with ChoiceQuote. Your no claims experience must have been earned on a private car insurance policy in your own name and we would ask you for a copy of your most recent or current car insurance document from a UK insurer that will show how many years no claim discount you have earned. This will also show when your last insurance policy expired and have details of any claims you’ve made. This will usually arrive with your renewal invitation from your previous or current insurer.

Step 4I have some company car no claims experience. Can I use this to get a discount? We may accept this providing that you can prove you were the sole user of the vehicle and that you no longer have use of it. You should obtain written confirmation of this from your employer which should include details of when you were covered, any claims and how these were settled.
